What Type of Paint Do You Use?

We recommend Sherwin Williams products on all of our jobs.  Their computer system is able to match any color you may find in another brand.  We consult with you during the estimating process and can help determine the best type of paint based on your needs, and the needs of the project.  Items for consideration: VOC/odor, interior vs exterior, any wall staining, sheen preference, type of paint currently on the wall, moisture in the room, durability needs, and cost, amongst others.  

Do you do color consulting?

Based on past experience and working with several different interior designers,  we would be more than happy to help assist in picking the best colors for your paint project.

Do you paint exteriors?

Yes, both residential and commercial.  See our services tab above under services for more information.

How often should I paint my exterior?

The answer to this question depends on a number of variables, including climate, region, and the presence of lakes or rivers.

While it is recommended for wood trim and siding should be painted approximately every 4-7 years, Sherwin-Williams has products that last longer than 12+ years.  Contact us and we can help.   

Do you do decks?

Absolutely.  Whether it's simply power washing or complete restoration, Premier Paintology can make your deck a place you will enjoy during all of Nebraska's seasons.

Do you do commercial?

We do that too.  

Do you power wash before you paint?

Power washing is an option, however not all paint projects need to be power washed.  

Are you insured?

Yes

How long will it take to paint my house?

Usually, 4 to 5 days, although this can change depending on how cooperative Mother Nature is and how much prep work is required to get it ready for paint.
